SPB starts on a fresh Windows installation

SPB 0.3.0 for Windows needed Microsoft’s Visual C++ runtime and closed at once on a Windows installation that didn’t have it. SPB now carries what it needs, so the download and installer run on a clean Windows 10 or 11.

Keyboard shortcuts from the menus

Keyboard shortcuts is in the command palette and under Settings in the Notes and Library panel menus. It opens the same sheet as ? and Ctrl+/.
