Privacy Policy
This policy covers sermonplatform.com, each church’s site at <church>.sermonplatform.com,
the public API and MCP server, and the Sermon Platform Bible desktop app (“SPB”). The service is operated
by Blalock Enterprises, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“we”).
Churches and their content
A church on Sermon Platform decides what goes into its archive: recordings, transcripts, sermon details, speakers, series, artwork and other content. We hold and process that content for the church, under its instructions. The church controls what is published. Published sermons, transcripts and related details are public by design: they appear on the church’s site and podcast feed, through the public API and MCP server, in the public church directory if the church lists itself, and in SPB.
Recordings and transcripts can contain the voices and names of people other than the preacher. Churches are responsible for having the right to publish them. To have something about you removed from a church’s archive, ask that church; its administrators can edit or unpublish any record.
Accounts
Church staff accounts are created by the church’s administrators or by us. For each account we keep a name, email address, role and sign-in records. You sign in with Google or with a link sent by email; we do not see your Google password. We keep security and usage logs (IP address, browser, actions taken) to run the service, prevent abuse and support churches.
AI features
Transcription, verse detection, translation, generated audio, search by meaning and the Assistant send the relevant sermon content, and for the Assistant the text you type, to AI providers that process it on our behalf. We use providers that do not train their models on data sent through our accounts, to the extent their terms allow us to choose. AI output can be wrong; churches review it before it is published.

We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising.
Analytics on this site
sermonplatform.com uses Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to count page views, measure page speed and count clicks on download links. They do not use cookies and do not identify individual visitors.
Sermon Platform Bible
SPB has no account. Your notes, highlights, bookmarks and studies stay on your computer, in folders you choose. SPB contacts our servers to check for updates, to download Bibles and study books, and to sync the public archives of churches you follow; those requests carry your IP address, like any web request. If you connect an AI agent (Claude, Codex or Grok), SPB talks to it on your computer and the agent sends what it reads to its provider under your own account and that provider’s terms. We do not receive it.
Retention and your choices
We keep a church’s content and accounts while the church uses the service. When a church leaves, we export its archive on request and then delete it, apart from backups that expire on their normal schedule and records we must keep by law. To see, correct or delete personal information about you, ask the church whose account or archive holds it. Church administrators can make these changes themselves or raise them with us through Support in the app, and we will help them complete the request.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Each church’s records are kept separate, and staff access is limited by role. No system is perfectly secure; we will tell affected churches promptly if we learn of a breach of their data.
Children
Staff accounts are for adults acting for a church. SPB and the public site are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
We will post changes on this page and update the date above. Significant changes will be sent to church owners by email.
